Winter/Spring 2012 Registration
Current Member spots will be held until January 15th, 2012. Classes that are currently full will have a waiting list started for any new members looking to join the program for our second session. If you are a current member and need to change your class time, you will be put on a waiting list if the class is currently full. Please contact us for more information.
Fees
Fees are to be paid in full, or with post-dated cheques. DanceMakers will accept Visa, Mastercard and Debit payments.
All gymnasts are required to pay a $20 annual Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee.
There is a $30 charge on all NSF cheques.
There are no refunds if a class is full, or after the first week of classes, except with a doctor’s certificate. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Please note $30 GO insurance fee is non-refundable.
DanceMakers reserves the right to accept or deny registrants, and to remove participants from the program under certain situations. There are no refunds in the event a participant is removed for behavioral reasons.
Fall & Winter Gymnastics Fees for Session 1 2011/2012
All Fees include GST and HST tax.
Parent & Tot: $175 + $30 GO
Kinder Gym : $175 + $30 GO
TumbleBugs 1 & 2: $220 + $30 GO
GymBugs 1 & 2: $275 + $30 GO
GymFun 1 & 2: $305 + $30 GO
Acro Dance 1, 2, 3: $220 + 30 GO
Advanced Rec: $305 1X/week or $495 2X/week + $30 GO
Developmental: $495 + $30 GO (2hrs 2X per week)

Discounts – Students receive $25 off their second, third, fourth etc. classes in either gymnastics or dance programs.
Studio Standards
General Information
There are 15 weeks each in the fall and winter sessions. The first day of classes for the Fall Session will be Monday Sept. 20, 2010. The last day will be Sat. Jan. 15, 2011. The first day of the winter session will be Monday, Jan. 31, 2011. The last day will be Sat. May 28, 2011. The following dates will be cancelled: Thanksgiving weekend, Halloween, Christmas Break, March Break, and Easter weekend. There will be a make-up week for any cancelled classes due to weather, at the end of the session.
Parents Weeks
There are two Parents Weeks throughout the year (one per session). Please make every effort to attend these days, as important information will be discussed at this time. All parents and friends are invited to attend. |
